LeoForce in Seattle, WA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will design interventions, supervise behavior plans, and partner with families and school staff to measure progress.

The role emphasizes hands-on assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA, along with DTT, NET, and VB approaches. A BCBA certification and a master's degree are required, with at least one year of relevant

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
