Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise clinical staff and develop ABA programs for children with autism. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, progress reporting, and close collaboration with families and program leadership.

You will design intervention plans, review session notes, and mentor therapists while ensuring high-quality, family-centered care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
• Regular communication with parents
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine
• Provide parent and staff training
