Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum. The BCBA will lead clinical teams, supervise staff, and coordinate with families and other providers to ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members to support client outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including generating reports, insurance reviews, and forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.
