Behavior Frontiers in Arlington, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. This full-time role offers a substantial salary and opportunities to grow professionally.

You will design and implement ABA programs, conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments, and collaborate with families and schools. We provide extensive benefits, bonuses up to $12,000, and ongoing learning support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Knowledge of VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
