Jobot seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Seattle clinical team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

Active BCBA certification and a master's degree are required, with at least one year of hands-on ABA experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and professional growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
