Job summary
Behavior Frontiers in Arlington, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team. You will design and implement effective ABA programs for children with autism and help deliver life-changing services.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $88,000–$94,000 with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited PTO, loan repayment, maternity leave, and ongoing education through CEUs and clinical summits.
Qualifications
- Must hold BCBA certification and a master’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments.
- Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
