Job summary

LeoForce in Temecula, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism. This entry-level position involves conducting FBAs, VB-DTT/NET approaches, and supervising RBTs in a collaborative clinic setting.

Applicants should hold an active BCBA certification and a Master’s in ABA or related field, with at least 1 year of program development experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance and conducting FBAs.
• Strong understanding of DTT, NET, VB and overall ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
• Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
