Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive ABA services. You will assess, design, implement, and monitor intervention plans for clients with ASD, while supervising RBT staff and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include ongoing progress monitoring, caregiver education, and ensuring ethical, guideline-compliant practice within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming with behavioral intervention.
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate actions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD to evaluate behavior and needs.
• Develop and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client goals.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress data.
• Educate and support parents/caregivers in ASD strategies at home.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff, including performance reviews.
• Collaborate with speech, OT, and educators to align treatment.
