Job summary

Jobot seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Seattle area clinical team. You will design and supervise individualized ABA programs, perform standardized assessments, and work closely with families and staff to promote progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering standardized assessments (VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA).
• Solid knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct a range of standardized assessments and monitor progress.
