Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team committed to transforming the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans, mentor BCaBAs and RBTs, and contribute to organizational growth.

Responsibilities include assessments, supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing quality improvement to enhance outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 0+ years of experience in autism-specific services.
• Must be able to travel to clients' homes.
• Strong clinical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
