Behavior Frontiers in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team, helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress. This full-time position offers a strong salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

You will design and implement ABA programs, conduct VB-MAPP/Vineland/ABLLS/Brigance/FBA assessments, and apply DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methodologies to improve outcomes. We value growth, flexibility, and a supportive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
