Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA to join our center-based team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on sustainable caseloads, clinical quality, and strong operational support to allow BCBAs to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, with an optional retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly opportunities up to $26,000 annually. This position offers collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modifications.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder and ethical guidelines.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings for long-term client success.
