Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis in a center-based setting. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy to children with autism using natural play to build foundational skills and communication.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test before employment.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equal to 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents of current clients and conduct caregiver training at least 1 per client per month.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity by supervising programs and overlaps.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings and supervise RBT hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
