Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time center-based work to transform outcomes for children with autism. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy, supervise staff, and contribute to a culture of excellence and play-based learning.

Open centers in multiple states; roles include flexible scheduling, generous benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training, supervision, and growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• License in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test before employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with MacOS.
• Knowledge of CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization goals (≈25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with families and provide caregiver training per client.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and supervise team members.
• Oversee programming in center-based and community settings where applicable.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor ABA programs.
