Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking a certified BCBA for a center-based role with a hybrid work option. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload while reviewing data and refining treatment plans.

Competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K with match, plus an annual incentive of up to $6000. This is a full-time role, Monday–Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
