Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise a small caseload, while guiding BTs/RBTs and collaborating closely with families. This role emphasizes data-driven treatment adjustments and ongoing staff coordination in a supportive clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification, 1+ year of experience with diverse populations, and proficiency with Office 365 and ABA software. Excellent teamwork and field flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories and ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
