Qualifications

• Must hold NYS Driver’s License with proof of insurance.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• NYS BCBA, BCABA and/or LBA certification is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school admins, teachers, staff and families to develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify function of behavior and develop interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with educational goals.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
