Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health in Michigan seeks a qualified ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise treatment plans for children with autism, across center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth settings.

You will assess learners using standardized tools, create individualized goals, supervise staff, and provide parent trainings while adhering to BACB guidelines and state licensure requirements. This role emphasizes clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification by BACB.
• Active Michigan Behavior Analyst licensure.
• 1 year of supervision hours as BCaBA or under BCBA supervision.
• 2+ years experience with youth diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess, supervise, and evaluate learners using standard assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, EFL).
• Create and supervise goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans with feedback.
• Provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings when clinically appropriate.
