Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy, located in Union, NJ, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in a hybrid center/remote setup. The role offers a competitive salary and a potential discretionary incentive up to $6,000 annually.

The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data with families, and tailor treatment plans while receiving administrative and scheduling support. Union office address in NJ; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet rigours demands of the job, including physical tasks and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Support from Clinical Manager with admin and scheduling for caseload.
