Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mission‑driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and student analysts while ensuring high‑quality ABA services for clients and families.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to BACB ethics while supporting client progress across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Related degree and licensure as required by state.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members and RBTs.
• Implement ABA programs in home/school/community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
