Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across client settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree is required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Analysts, RBTs, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
