Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services.

We collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress, supervise RBTs and staff, and maintain ethical BACB standards while offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
