Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services for individuals with behavioral challenges.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff and students, and collaborate with families to support meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
