Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise assistants and RBTs, and ensure client progress across home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
