Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and work collaboratively with families to achieve meaningful change.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress with data, and ensure ethical practices under BACB guidelines. Travel to client locations is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Strong collaboration with families and professionals.
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Assistants, RBTs and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home/school/community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
