Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans and supervise RBTs and staff, ensuring high-quality ABA services for clients and families.

You will conduct FBAs, monitor data, collaborate with families and professionals, and uphold BACB ethics while contributing to growth and mentorship within PBS.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
