Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join a mission-driven team providing high-quality ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and partner with families to support meaningful client progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration across home, school, and community settings with flexible scheduling and strong commitment to work-life balance for BCBAs and team members.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and possess a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
