Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree and licensure as required by state.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
