Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, ethical practice per BACB, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

The BCBA will supervise and coach Behavior Analysts and RBTs across home, school, and community settings, ensuring data-driven progress and program fidelity.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and students.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
