Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff and trainees, collaborate with families and schools, analyze data to monitor progress, and ensure adherence to BACB ethics while enjoying flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, comprehensive benefits, and annual

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
