Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) in the United States seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services in client settings.

You will design FBAs, supervise RBTs and assistants, collaborate with families, monitor outcomes with data, and uphold BACB ethical standards while supporting a life-work balance for your team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
