Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients in home, school, or community settings with emphasis on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure may apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
