Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients. You will work with families and professionals to support progress and maintain ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree required
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
