Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in ABA, dedicated to ethical, person-centered care and improving lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

We seek BCBA or BCaBA to join a mission-driven team providing high-quality ABA services and supervising staff. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, collaborate with families, and ensure outcomes align with BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure as per state regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
