Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise teammates, and ensure high-quality services for clients across settings. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to reliable, ethical care and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include FBAs, creating individualized plans, mentoring staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals. Access to in-house tools, ongoing CEUs, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Relevant degree and licensure as required by local/state rules.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
