Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Analysts and RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Local/state licensure, credentialing, and certification requirements apply.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients on the floor and assist with mobility.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
