Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join as BCBA/BCaBA. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients. A family-first, balance-focused culture is emphasized.

You will lead assessments, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. This role requires travel to client locations and adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB good standing.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
