Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree and licensure per local/state requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings, prioritizing behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
