Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA interventions, collaborate with families, and mentor staff. You will lead evidence-based behavior plans across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven progress, and mentorship, with emphasis on family-centered care and work-life balance supporting BCBAs in achieving high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
