Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in providing high-quality ABA services. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive pay ($85k–$95k), and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment-related concerns.
