Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust individualized treatment plans with families. The position emphasizes collaboration with staff and families in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse populations and needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and ABA software.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead supervision meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff matters.
