Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Hamilton, NJ seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise a small team and oversee caseloads. You will review data, modify treatment plans, and collaborate with families to address concerns in behavior modification.

This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, generous benefits, and the potential for up to a $6,000 annual incentive. Experience with ABA software and Office 365 is required.

Qualifikationen

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories and instructional methods; ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet job demands including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging with children on the floor.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns related to behavior modification or staff.
