Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review session data to tailor individualized treatment plans.

You will also consult with families to address concerns and coordinate staff meetings. We offer competitive pay, a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits plan including 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, and regulations; data-driven approach.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff-related issues.
