Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs. You will review data with staff and families, interpret results, and adapt individualized treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

Role offers a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, and a laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children and/or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories and ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet demanding job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and floor work with children.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
