Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Hamilton, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust treatment plans with families. Support from Clinical Manager and scheduling help are provided.

Competitive pay up to $95k per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and 401K with match. No weekends or late nights; Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and data collection methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
