Job summary

iServ Group, franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking an Experienced, Full Serve Restaurant Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-casual setting with opportunities to grow within the growing brand.

Based in Belleview, FL, you will lead both FOH and BOH operations, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining budgets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurability.
• Flexibility to cover manager shifts on busy days and events.
• Able to pass a background check and train/coach hourly staff.
• Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Report to Directors and upper store management on store performance.
• Work with FOH & BOH to ensure shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met.
• Maintain staffing levels and follow budget guidelines daily.
• Uphold iServ’s mission and values with all team members and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts and trends.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members; recognize and support their growth.
