Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for a special project based in Hubbard, Texas. This full-time, hourly role involves precise batching using automated systems and a strong focus on safety and quality in a high-travel environment.

You will monitor plant operations, log batch data, and work with drivers to fulfill orders while maintaining production standards. Overtime and overnights may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of specialized technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals for mechanical issues and ensure safety interlocks and LOTO compliance.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for each load.
• Log all system errors, water overrides, and mix design changes.
• Adjust moisture and water to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent waste and ensure accurate material weighing.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete customer orders efficiently.
• Support production milestones with consistent high output.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and promote safety.
