Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of specialized technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Proficiency with dispatch systems and PC-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and interlocks; enforce LOTO during maintenance.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log and back up all system errors and mix-design changes.
