Amrize is seeking a Batch Plant Operator RMX for a special project in Hubbard, Texas. This hourly, full-time role focuses on precise batching of concrete using automated systems and strict adherence to mix designs.

The candidate will monitor plant operations, log data, support safety protocols, and coordinate with drivers to fulfill orders while maintaining optimal production levels. Living expenses allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Proficient in automated batching software (e.g., Command Alkon) used for central wet mixers and dry transit-mix truck charging.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks and LOTO procedures are followed.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log system errors, water overrides, and mix-design changes electronically.
• Adjust moisture and water to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Communicate with drivers to complete orders efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality production outputs and safety compliance.
