Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service/dispatch is required.
• Proficiency with dispatch systems and automated batching software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks and LOTO compliance.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log and back up system errors and mix design changes accurately.
• Adjust moisture and water to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Coordinate with drivers to complete orders efficiently.
• Maintain high production output and food safety environment.
